“I renewed my breakdown policy over the telephone 28th June 2017. I spoke with Nita who was very helpful in explaining the policy and payment. I made a payment, and within a few minutes had received an email with the policy documents. I couldn't fault the service.”

“I can,t yet comment on the breakdown part now as i have just this second joined but from the moment the call was answered the service was first rate . everything was explained in detail with some pleasant surprises like the fact its you that,s covered not the car . and the price more than 3 times cheaper than green flag superb .”

“Easy to talk to....clear and concise. :-) I did try and renew on-line but the 'secret' document number doesn't appear on the renewal email. About time AutoAid issued a credit card sized members card? Doesn't have to be plastic as many organisations simply use a laminated paper card that you peel off from the acknowledgement letter.”
