“As a driver with over 40 years experience and a lady who has always been covered by one of the two main breakdown service-and never received satisfactory service I was recommended Auto Aid. Twice I have needed Breakdown Recovery in the last year for dead battery, and a blown tyre. Each time the operative past the correct details on, kept in touch via the phone and updated me. The Recovery vehicle arrived in under half an hour and had phoned me when he was 5 minutes away. The Centre phoned to check he had arrived and later called to make sure everything was satisfactory. What more could you want. Don't stick to the well know Company's because they offer a inferior uncaring service!”

“The online renewal did not quite work as there was some sort of an error in your system, but it was quickly sorted on the phone. The phone call was quick, painless, really efficient and I even managed to change my policy to a new address.”
