“You do offer a good service & I have been with you for many years I have never had a problem with Auto Aid in all the years I have been with you I think it was around the mid 90's I joined However... I was a tad put out that I had to start a new policy as I had missed the dead line by around 9 hours which meant I was uncovered for two days but other then that 100% keep up the good work”

“The gentleman I spoke with to make updates to my record and renew my policy was very pleasant and professional, like dealing with a close friend. Answered all my questions, helped me renew over the phone and promised the documents by email within 30 minutes. They arrived within five minutes. Great service, will continue to use this firm in future and recommend to my friends. Thanks for your help today.”

“I had to use your breakdown cover last year and you were fantastic- lots of communication to make sure I was ok as I was a loan female with 2 children. It was easy to get through to the helpline and the recovery service was very prompt and efficient. A fantastic service all round!!”
