“To whom it may concern, Earlier today, I got my car insurance with RCIB. I would like to take this opportunity to say that Chloe Gauci (who I spoke to) was outstanding. She provided excellent customer service and was very polite. I asked a million question, which she happily answered to the best of her knowledge.
