“Speedy assistance but I would have preferred to have paper cover without extra cost. I have held Auto Aid Insurance for approximately 27 years without a claim and this is the first time I have been asked for an extra payment, which needless to say, I refused to pay.”

“We have been with Auto Aid for many years. Thankfully we haven't had to call on their services very often but when we have, they have always been very efficient. Good value for money.”

“I requested my policy documents to be posted to me, to be informed after the transaction was completed that you charge £5 for that service. Surely I am entitled to have my documents sent to me by post rather than by email at no extrac cost?”
