“We think it's a good product, very reassuring and prompt when needed in the past. Customer service has been efficient and staff spoken to were polite and friendly. We do feel let down by not having any incentive to return to the company year after year! We have been your customers for several years now, barring one year where our new car retailer included the breakdown cost in the car price, and would like to see our cost coming down. Many thanks.
