“Your customer service agent was excellent checked key personal details by spelling back to me and answers a number of questions in relation to the extent of the cover such as wife covered in own car me not covered in another persons car as passenger and my brother driving my car not covered when house sitting for me. I was left in no doubt what is and isn't covered in this respect. They were also very good in explaining the 48 start period and ensuring I understood that and that all paperwork is electronic. Couldn't have been more helpful.”
