“The lady I spoke to, Antonya, was pleasant and helpful, she was able to transfer my details from a previously held policy and she was able to explain the terms of the policy clearly. We have used AutoAid in the past and had to call on the service and it was very good.”

“Your on-line renewal system needs looking at. It reject my bank card and there is nothing wrong with it. I had it checked by my bank. Even after a phone renewal it still rejected it”
