“Have just taken out policy so can't comment on that service, however was delighted a lady answered the phone in person within 3 rings and dealt with my request efficiently and friendly.....so expected to listen to dreaded messages whilst waiting for an operator. Good start”

“The two men from Wallis that came out to my breakdown and recovery were very professional and a credit to to their company, any doubt i had about renewing my cover was misplaced, i have now renewed it for another year as the service was first class and i will be pleased to recommend auto aid to anyone Mr R W Jones.”
