“Can you extend collection of bicycles, to policy holders folowing an accident to be be recovered to owners home address? This would not happen very often, but would have been useful in my recent mishap. The word would spread amoung cyclists and grow your business”

“I was unable to renew my membership online because of a technical problem with the document numbering. However, when I phoned Auto Aid, I found Elsie extremely helpful and knowledgable. She also charmed me into buying a lost key policy! Please convey my thanks to her.”
