“I don't often leave reviews but the service I received was too good not to be commended. I needed help on a Saturday night and was sorted within an hour of making the call! The gentleman in their call centre was polite, professional and even called me back whilst I was waiting for the recovery truck to check if I was ok. The recovery staff was just as nice and professional, really can't fault them on anything!”

“Used them for 3 years. Great value. When I've called them, they have responded promptly. Someone with in in 30-45 mins max. Last year had to call them on xmas eve and they were there in 30 mins! Polite and friendly service....at a great price! Nice one AutoAid.”

“Have used Autoaid for about 3yr. Both times I've needed them I have had a pickup within 30 mins & a very helpful text. Excellent value & a fantastic company to deal with when your car breaks down as a lone woman on the roadside. Would always tell anyone looking for breakdown cover to use Autoaid”
