“Each time I contact Auto Aid I am always pleasantly surprised about the amount of cover that this service provides, whether its for towing my caravan, or concerns about losing keys. We have just purchased a 2nd car for my wife to drive and I rang to extend the cover, only to be advised that it was not needed, as we would be covered by the current policy whichever car we were driving. How good is that, and gives confidence for my wife when she is in the car alone. All the staff we have spoken with have been friendly and very helpful.”

“I don't often leave reviews but the service I received was too good not to be commended. I needed help on a Saturday night and was sorted within an hour of making the call! The gentleman in their call centre was polite, professional and even called me back whilst I was waiting for the recovery truck to check if I was ok. The recovery staff was just as nice and professional, really can't fault them on anything!”

“Used them for 3 years. Great value. When I've called them, they have responded promptly. Someone with in in 30-45 mins max. Last year had to call them on xmas eve and they were there in 30 mins! Polite and friendly service....at a great price! Nice one AutoAid.”

“Have used Autoaid for about 3yr. Both times I've needed them I have had a pickup within 30 mins & a very helpful text. Excellent value & a fantastic company to deal with when your car breaks down as a lone woman on the roadside. Would always tell anyone looking for breakdown cover to use Autoaid”
