“Paid £5 to get documents through post but only got 3 pages No instruction book.So how can I check rules, Apart from that assistant very helpful. But no answer to my email”

“The young lady I spoke to was very helpfull and pleasent regarding my enquiries, and I found her to be knowledgable when explaining the policy. The price quoted was also very pleasing and I felt that we were getting good value for our money from a company that knew what it was all about Many thanks to your staff especially Kavelle”
