“I needed to renew the policy today but also change my address so I had to phone rather than just renew online. The person I spoke to there was Antonya, she was very clear and concise and easy to understand. She sorted out my change of details and renewal quickly and easily. No messing! I'm very pleased.”

“I looked up reviews on Auto Aid Breakdown and had various queries and so phoned the office who gave me answers to the questions. As a result took out a subscription for a year which took a few minutes. I know joining online is fast but there is also something about the personal touch. My contract doesn't start for another couple of weeks and so I'm unable to comment on service aspects.”
