“I had to call them out on a breakdown recently. I hadn't realised my policy had expired and when I renewed I was presently surprised it had hardly increase at all. Probably just by inflation and the government increase on the insurance premium tax. A nice surprise. Also, I think the lost key policy is a very reasonable cost too.”
