“Well it didn’t. I wanted to pay online and was informed it wan’t possible at that time and to ring an 03 number. I was reluctant to do this because 03 numbers are expensive and then the amount of time spent on the telephone acquiring this purchase. Imagine my surprise and indignation when your operator started trying to SELL me key insurance! Grrrr! I’m trying to BUY BREAKDOWN insurance. He then goes on to quote me the cost of having them sent through post or via email. More time wasting. Was this the reason that I could not complete my purchase online but had to endure your operator’s hard sell? Not a pleasant experience. NOT HAPPY.”

“On the couple of times I had to call them out for my mini at 5,30 in the morning they were very polite and very efficient couldn't ask for more”
