“The breakdown service is fine but (a) renewal via your website was not available so I had to phone and (b) it took five minutes (at my cost) for an answer. Are you making a profit from keeping callers waiting?”

“Kavelle was fine but renewal letter said I could renew on line, this did not work and the the number it gave to call did not appear to be in service either. I have had a Policy with you for over 12 years and fortunately have never had a breakdown so i cannot say how efficient the service is.”
