“A real person answered my call immediately. No press this, press that as instructed by a recorded voice and eventually having to wait for a human being to speak to me. My call was answered straight away and my problem was sorted efficiently, politely and quickly. Well done. George Bethell”

“only used recently , but recovery company reasonably quick to attend. sorted issue out, recommended new battery. They got me started, advised keep running and go to garage immediately.”
