“I expected to renew on line but a message came up saying this could not be done and referring me to a phone number. After dialling that specific number it was not answered for some considerable time. I eventually got through but during the conversation about renewal I was cut off. I redialled but could not get through. I phoned again later in the afternoon using the number shown on your website and was then dealt with quite effectively by a lady whose name I can't remember.”

“Jordan was abrupt and on the verge of rude. I complained to him about the number of renewal reminder text Auto Aid had sent me. He made no comment. H wanted my email address but could give no assurance that this would only be used to send renewal documents. The alternative was to pay £5 for postal delivery. My breakdown recovery experience of Auto Aid had been excellent, but this encounter has made me reluctant to renew.”

“easy to contact,the price is competitive. have had to use the service a few years ago and found it all straight forward.had to have the car recovered along with passengers back to my home.no problem with recovering my expenses.so all was ok.”
