“I had broken down earlier this year, the call centre agents were very polite and helpful and kept me updated with the progress of the recovery agent. I was really happy that all the information was correctly captured and I did not have a huge amount of paperwork to sort out. I have since recommended Auto Aid to family and friends.”

“Helpful nature of call handler. I could not renew online and had to phone on a 0345 number, which is not included in my prepaid calls arrangement. I complained that the call was costing me money and that I could not renew online. the call handler very kindly called me back”
