“This company is a real scam! First, I ordered the software, was charged double the price. Next the link didn't work, so I messaged the company (the same day as purchased) about the cost and that the instructions were not as advertised and further that the link was not working. I was promised a full refund back in February. I have continued to send messages to Fran Ferrara, the Accounting/Customer Service Manager, who had promised the refund. She said to expect a refund in 3-4 days. Since then, she does not answer my emails and no refund has been issued. My bank has not been able to get any answers from them either. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“Paid $69.99 for review. I only could see location about once a day. Was told I would get a refund in 4-6 days it’s now been 4 weeks “claiming each time a different time frame. Now will not respond to emails, no refund and no phone number to actually talk to someone. RUN!”

“I just want to say they don't even earn one star in my opinion. Many many lies. 3 easy steps -lie No access needed to phone-lie Customer support number is a recording referring you back to website for help. Refund is a lie I asked for it on 2nd day. They sent me a email to read there refund policy. I did and it says NO refund after 14 days. I have received many emails with one excuse after another. Also hire people to work from home for so much in sales. When you read over the rules and policy to join these idiots it's made clear many times. Do not use auto forward name to say powerline group. If you need to use something like this it would be a good idea to use another well known spy app do your homework first. Reading some of these questions there not a answer for me. Never seen refund. Also I have emails and I will add in couple days to this if I don't get my refund”

“5 Stars are for the Ghost Team, Auto Forward is a bad app and a dubious company!. They will just take your money from you... I had to go with reviews and recommendations I got from my friends around about Ghost Team so I contacted him and told him what I really wanted from my wife's phone like her messages and all so now I see all what she's dose on her device so best believed to her I don't know about anything, but thanks to this firm for the help rendered. “It's a scam. I was promised my money back and kept getting a run around...don't waste your money or time trying to get your money back. When you follow instructions and go online it says Website Under Construction. Scam all the way around.”

“Overall good experience, just some little things The fee was higher then said on Paypal, not really fund of that. also payment towards me didn't really went smooth, this probably due to Paypal and their rules/policy's.
