“Paid $69.99 for review. I only could see location about once a day. Was told I would get a refund in 4-6 days it’s now been 4 weeks “claiming each time a different time frame. Now will not respond to emails, no refund and no phone number to actually talk to someone. RUN!”

“I just want to say they don't even earn one star in my opinion. Many many lies. 3 easy steps -lie No access needed to phone-lie Customer support number is a recording referring you back to website for help. Refund is a lie I asked for it on 2nd day. They sent me a email to read there refund policy. I did and it says NO refund after 14 days. I have received many emails with one excuse after another. Also hire people to work from home for so much in sales. When you read over the rules and policy to join these idiots it's made clear many times. Do not use auto forward name to say powerline group. If you need to use something like this it would be a good idea to use another well known spy app do your homework first. Reading some of these questions there not a answer for me. Never seen refund. Also I have emails and I will add in couple days to this if I don't get my refund”

“It's a scam. I was promised my money back and kept getting a run around...don't waste your money or time trying to get your money back. When you follow instructions and go online it says Website Under Construction. Scam all the way around.”

“I have been asking for my refund of $69.99 for 14 business days so far. Everytime I ask they take forever to respond and if they do they just keep saying it is on it's way. I feel like this is a scam.”
