" makes it as hard as possible to claim back your money. seem to be very inconsistent with there negotiation on repairing the car they insure under there warranty, I was informed by the garage that would pay for the replacement part on the car, but not for some of the installation on the part being replaced, which left me to pay 50% of the invoice, I had to pay the invoice in full, and on top of that, when you do make a claim you have to send in the original invoice back to the company by post to to receive your refund, they will not allow you to send a copy of the invoice by email? This is clearly a stall tactic to make payments to customers. To make things worse, agreed and issued the work to be done on the car, so they have full detail on the repair carried out, and how much it cost to fix the car in the first place. Would not use this company again."
