“I purchased a DA12 polisher and on first use it started behaving erratically after about 1hour then stopped working completely. I returned it but it was shipped back to me after Autobrite used it and didn’t experience a problem. Unsurprisingly, when I next went to use it it failed after polishing one panel. I shook it and it started working again but obviously returned it once again (at my expense). Autobrite used it as before and said that they didn’t experience any issues. They are refusing to refund or replace. I don’t believe that they have any technicians capable of testing or repairing such items. Do not trust”

I ordered from Autobrite during the Easter sale and was excited for my products to arrive. After waiting well over a week, my order had not progressed past processing and when I sent an email requesting an ETA for the items, I received an automated response which did not answer my query at all.
It is unacceptable to expect a customer to pay premium fees for delivery and still be happy to wait up to four weeks for their products to be shipped. No amount of prior warning makes that timeframe acceptable, and the automated responses just shows how little this company cares about their customers.
They would sooner cancel and refund an order than make any attempts to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. It is a shame because their products are actually really good, however they should learn to manage their stock levels and capacity during busy periods so customers do not have to wait a month for their order to arrive.”
“Ordered from the sales and for some reason it was in three separate orders. They told me I done it as it was three separate orders paid three different times. Not sure how, as it was only the once I done it. I asked if my 2 smaller orders could be put with my £80 order and I get refunded the other 2 shipping fees and they said they can't as its done as they go.
I then said if it can't be done I would rather a refund ( then be £8 odd out of pocket for something they could easily rectify) and within 20 minutes they send me an emails saying they will refund me. Awful customer service. Can't do a simple request as to put it in the same box to save the extra £8 in delivery fees when it's going to the the same place!
Awful attitude towards customers and clearly don't care about the customers. Fine by me, I'll happily go elsewhere. Would suggest you do the same.”
