“Scam company. Wish I had been on trust pilot first. Same scam as everyone else. Offered an upgrade then sent a basic cover. £350 for a product worth £120. Henry the only customer service guy found it funny and was bragging about being stoned. I jave 5 recorded call, each time he laughs and talks about getting high. Avoid at all costs”
