“I bought a chair in the first days of November. It was shipped a few days later, but with a defect - at first, looked like the arms had different lengths, but after I was able to find out that the whole chair base is uneven. I emailed them in the same day I assembled the chair. After almost a week, they replied. The last message I got from Autonomous by email was 16 days ago, even though I was sending new messages asking for answers and solutions for the problem.
I decided to go to their chat, waited for almost an hour but managed to speak to someone that said the replacement was issued and that I'd get the new part soon - but didn't give me any information about it like shipping time or any confirmation.
Now, talking to them on Twitter, I was told the part is out of stock and I'd have to wait AT LEAST 2 WEEKS.
It's unbelievable how they handled it and how disrespectful it was for me as a customer. Being ignored, almost 2 months waiting for them to solve an important issue (well, if I try to use the chair as it is, the unevenness of the chair causes my back to hurt. So, basically, 2 months with a chair I can't use.”
