Item was shipped without correct unit designation so delivery couldn't be completed, seller shipped w/restrictions that item couldn't be picked up in person after failed delivery attempts; seller has yet to answer any phone calls; and two days after a delayed response of "we are working on it," (which would be one quick call to FedEx) there's no change in shipping status. This appears to be a home-based business located in the suburbs, likely a one-person operation. Would not trust.”

“I ordered a 15mm wrench and a 10mm wrench and paid for them on 10/9/25. I received the 15mm wrench only. After 2 weeks of calling and emailing, I got an email on 10-25-25 stating my wrench would ship the at the end of the next week. Now here we are 2.5 months later, so over 3 months total and I still don't have my wrench that I've paid for. You never answer the phone, no updates, no communication. I am sorry I did business with your company. I own several auto body collision centers and placed this small order as a test run for a lot of tools and equipment for my locations. I'm glad I found out how you do business now. My order number is 5429116. I will give it one more day before I blow your company up online. Nice store out of your garage. What a joke.”
“Would give a negative review if I could. Their site says "Price match Guarantee". I sent them a price to match and then they quoted a HIGHER amount that they themselves even had listed on their own site! Then I replied and said never mind as I was able to get it it cheaper through their own website. They said the MFG changed their price, then they went in and CANCELLED my order and told me to place a new one. Now at the higher cost. . . very unprofessional”
