“I strongly advise students and parents to carefully evaluate all terms before choosing Auxilo for an education loan. In our experience, once repayment began, the support during financial hardship was extremely rigid. After sudden job loss, we requested temporary relief or short additional time. Despite partial payment already being made toward overdue EMIs, the request was denied without practical flexibility. Recovery calls began intensifying even before the account reached 90 days overdue. There were repeated calls, pressure language about default, and even property-related warnings despite being at an early delinquency stage. Late-night calls were also received, which added significant mental stress. While the company does mention restructuring options, the process requires extensive documentation and shifts impact to credit reporting, which may not be feasible during sudden unemployment situations. Education loans are taken by families with long-term hopes. In times of genuine hardship, borrowers expect structured guidance and empathetic handling — not pressure escalation. Prospective borrowers should: * Carefully understand NPA timelines * Understand how quickly recovery calls begin * Be aware that restructuring impacts credit profile * Have backup savings before committing Choose cautiously and ensure you have strong repayment stability before opting for this NBFC.”

“One of the worst NBFC in India. The Interests rate is too high and they will increase the interest rate once per year if you opted for floating rate of interest. Now Iam seriously regreting by tooking loan in this bank.”

“This is the worst finserve company if you want to take a loan from them, they have increased my interest from 11.6 to 13.25 within 6 months without even informing me. dont fall for them”

“Seriously, i want to give them 0 star. They don’t have own money to give us loan. I applied in july,2022 but since no response no reply. All documents send with student visa but no response and no loan. What’s happening, if i have money then why i need loan. They asking me to about salary is more than 35k if not loan not available. But what about you have any property and i have ready to do mortgage but since no response. They are only said 7 days process but no I think here for them 7 years is too short. Don’t trust them, they have not enough financially and also with enough staff.”
