"I made a withdrawal request and didn\u2019t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio, and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds.\r\n\r\nWhile the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of communication during the process was frustrating and concerning. Clearer updates and faster response times would have made the experience much less stressful. I hope steps are taken to improve support and transparency for future users facing similar issues."
