Time to build and test took quite a while but partely because i had to wait for pre-order parts but once all the parts were in stock it still took almost 2 weeks to build test and ship. I had cause to contact after sales support (nothing wrong with the PC, it was an issue I had caused myself), and the help I received from Charlie, the duty support guy, was second to none. “ Production and testing of the PC lasted more than expected. Once received noticed a faulty sound card on motherboard. It must go back to repair. Not the best issue considering 3 days of testing only 2 days before delivery. Customer service excellent. ”
