“I stopped by to get a bit of hairspray on my hair. I had my hair done at another location earlier in the day. It was windy & I had static on the short hair at the top of my hair.
They kindly sprayed my hair as requested and gave me some free samples & told me about the point system they had, my other Aveda location is a franchise & doesn’t offer points for services.
I feel that all locations should offer this benefit, especially to long time customers.
