“Horrendous cabin crew standards. Dishonest airline. Ripped me off for $30 in taxes and the only way I was allowed a refund was if i missed my next flight across Atlantic. The telephone operator told me I was an imbecile for not missing my flight. I wonder how many people they catch on this scam. An international budget airline that is still an overpriced joke. Not even suitable for transporting livestock.”
