“Awful experience from start to finish. I could write a dissertation on my experience it was that bad and i can evidence all of this. In a very short brief description what was bad about my experinence......and these are a few examples. 1, the price of the work- the initial quote was reasonable but then there are "add ons".....if you use other conveyancers I have found out these "add ons" are including in the price. I paid over 4k for the privilege. 2. You feel threatened throughout the whole process of losing the sale if you do not do x y and z. 3. My conveyancer did not have my best intererests at heart and completely ignored my instructions. For example - i purchased a house from an executor- I said from the outset to the estate agent that there is no pressure from me to rush the sale through but i would move as quickly as possible. So our conveyancer asked the usual enquiries and after some time we had no response. Our conveyancer then wrote to me and on the same day we had a call that he requested. In a nutshell as we had received no response he advised we proceed with the purchase with something called buyer beware as the executor had not responded. I said to the conveyancer that i would get back to him to ask my partner (we were given i believe 14 days to respond and if we didnt the assumption would be to move forward with the purchase without getting responses to our questions) The next day to my absolute shock and horror i received an email saying congratulations etc on the purchase etc . I was absolutely livid because at no point did i instruct this and what was worse is that i have an email i sent to the conveyancer the night before to say i would speak to me partner and let him know! I immediately phoned him, he was rude and never apologised. Within a few days we had the responses from the executors solicitor and it happened we did not need an insurance policy our conveyancer recommened! He was very impatient. Maybe bonuses are paid to complete at a certain time? 4. My conveyancer lied- he lied because when i contacted the estate agent re the above apologising for my conveyancers above mistake, the estate agent said that my conveyancer passed this off as an auto email!!!!! He blatantly lied as he was called out. In my email to the estate agent i went on to say that the only reason i did not bin off the conveyancer was because that would delay the whole process and possibly lose me the purchase. As i said at the beginning i could write a dissertation but i am so drained by this experience i literally do not have the energy but felt it the correct thing to do to share my experiences now and when i do have the energy will be contacting the Ombusman as there is alot more to say and report!”

“My partner and I were recommended AVRillo by Baker and Chase, our real estate agent in charge of selling our flat and we were absolutely thrilled by the Customer Service we received. Jessica Trim and Hazel Beal were in charge of our cases to sell the flat and purchase our new home, they were responding to all our queries almost every time within the hour if not less. Hazel would give us phone calls close to the exchange and completion to put us at ease and make sure it would all go smoothly and she was absolutely lovely and efficient. I had a terrible experience with my previous solicitors who were always unavailable and slow so it was quite the change. AVRillo even sent us a welcoming pack after our move, what else do you want? Thank you Jessica and Hazel!”

“My whole experience with AVRillo has been excellent! Carly my solicitor has been swift in her actions and personable and professional in all communications. Having never sold a property before I was a little nervous about various processes but Carly was amazing with her support and clarification throughout. The AVRillo website/app certainly made for a superb addition to the email communications providing an easily accessible and understandable platform to check the status of the whole selling journey. If I ever buy/sell again I will be heading for AVRillo!”

“The support we received from AVRillo in the sale and purchase of our property was second-to-none. In an industry that has a bad reputation for lack of communication, we were regularly and frequently provided with updates and information across the entire process - including updates even if it was just to say they did not have an answer or timeframe as yet. I was incredibly impressed with the online portal as well, which enabled me to see %readiness to exchange including all the steps in the process, as well as a chronological list of all communication. “We have used AVRillo twice now, to buy our first home and later to sell it. Both times we have had a fantastic experience. The team are professional, friendly and dedicated. Communication channels are open and easy to use including an online portal and call surgery facility. Despite challenges faced with our buyer's solicitors, Kerry was able to keep us informed throughout and went above and beyond to persevere with our sale and keep us reassured (no easy feat!). “Absolutely outstanding service! My solicitor and her colleagues made the whole experience easy and stress free for me. They were constantly in touch, advising me of what was going on, what the next steps would be and what I needed to do. Everything being online made it seem so much quicker, and more straight forward. I love the online portal, so exciting seeing another step complete, turn green! They have completed my sale super quick too!
