“I went onto the website in order a gift December 17 saying it was in stock and would be delivered by Christmas. It is still not been received and not only that they lied to me and told me it had shipped they sent me the same email twice so sorry your item has shipped when I advised them. This was the same email. They sent me a week ago and that it had not shipped via their website and that they were lying to mewhen when I caught them on the lie, then they sent a new email saying now it shipped so I have no idea if it shipped and now 7 to 10 days to receive very upset Terrible customer service and they knew the product was out of stock and they let me order it anyway they should’ve had out of stock and I would’ve gone somewhere else. Do not use this company at all.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with Awareness Avenue. My order took far longer than what was represented at checkout, with little to no proactive communication. When I followed up, responses were slow and vague. The company claims their jewelry is “made to order,” but nothing about my experience reflected a custom production timeline. The delays felt more like poor inventory or fulfillment management, not handcrafted production. Their no-refund policy is rigid and customer-unfriendly, especially when orders haven’t shipped yet. Policies like this might protect the company, but they place all the risk on the customer. Between the extended wait times, misleading expectations, and inflexible policies, this was not a premium shopping experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if timing, transparency, or customer service matter to you.”

“It's been over a month and still no ring. The website says the ship from the US, but the tracking i just received is coming from CHINA! Disappointed isn't even the word. I can already imagine this thing is going to look like a kids toy. If that's the case, I will do everything in my power to expose this company”

“I ordered a ring from Awareness Avenue on November 22nd, as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary on December 12th. It’s now December 9th, and my package hasn’t even shipped yet! I tried reaching out to customer service and got no responses. It's honestly really disappointing. I’m just about to give up on receiving the item in time for our anniversary, I can't even get a straight answer about where it is or when it will arrive. This company has horrible shipping and customer service. I should have gone with another brand, but now I’m stuck in this mess. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Awareness Avenue has really let me down – I’ll never order from them again.”

“I received my purchase after my grandsons birthday so I had to purchase something else. They would not respond to me so I started a dispute with my credit card company. They said since it was delivered they closed the case. I ten write Awareness again and now after three attempts including showing them the case is closed they refuse to send me a return label. They are horrible. Do not buy from them”

“Website says you can return if you are unsatisfied but they will not honor their policy and will only provide a store credit. The jewelry is cheap and looks cheap so why would I want additional product from them?”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! Sometimes you don’t know when companies advertise on Facebook how legitimate they are. Safe to say your company is amazing! My wife loved the first ring I got her and that’s why I came back for a second one. Amazing pieces of jewelry, You’ve got a customer for life!”

“I have ordered several times from this website and have been a customer of theirs since 2018. My first order was a semicolon ring that I got for myself because I have a history with depression and considered suicide several times. Awareness Avenue was in a big way part of my recovery. The jewelry in general is beautiful, their support is super friendly and very helpful. You will not be disappointed!”

“Ordered 2 bracelets for my sons and one came apart and I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the issue by sending me another bracelet. Customer service is awesome. Love the bracelets.”

“After not getting this ring for Christmas from my husband who misunderstood which ring I wanted, I ordered it myself Christmas afternoon. I have rheumatoid arthritis and know my hands don’t show off a ring as well as they once did, so I took a photo with more ring less fingers. The ring is beautiful, the customer service was unbelievably helpful, quick and went out of their way to please. I’m 66 and find shopping online exasperating but not with Awareness-Avenue!”

“This was a gift for my son. The first bracelet I ordered was too big (my error). The company quickly exchanged it for another size which is the perfect fit and now my son and I have matching bracelets with the inscription for the love of my son!”

“I absolutely love this bracelet. I bought it for my adult granddaughter. She is small so this didnt fit her wrist. So one size doesn't fit all. It just kept falling off her wrist. So i kept it and gave her the ring i also purchase! But still satisfied with this purchase. I decided to wear it myself!”
