I have found your order with your email id. It was not visible with your name as you have different Surname on the order. Its a old order. Although I am not able to check the delivery status of the parcel now on Royal mail site now. We have tracking number of the parcel, which was sent from us. I am going to send a WhatsApp to you to check if it was later resolved or not. I tried to see if there was any WhatsApp message etc from you. I didn't find any.

Yes, I found your order. Perhaps you placed order before we spoke. If you remember, your order was already in France when we called you. We had your order up to France to dispatch it from there but you didn't want that order and refunded you.
Ever since Brexit, sending Ayurvedic products to Europe is not easy. We do send parcels to Europe but it does take longer.
Your order was processed but European orders are not couriered directly to your address thus you don't get tracking details straight away.
Anyways, we send many parcels to Europe every month.
We do have quite a few of regular, happy, European buyers.
