“Lovely staff, very personable. Store is bright and airy and a pleasant environment in which to browse the jewellery which is well laid out. The staff kindly arranged for the earrings my sister liked (but were out of stock) to be sent through the post. We ordered them on Tuesday they arrived on Thursday. Would definitely visit again.”

“Bought necklace for partner as had previously bought matching earrings. Despite having a fault with one of the earrings it was dealt with and replaced very quickly. I was most impressed with the service and happy to purchase the necklace. I would certainly recommend Azendi based on their customer care.”

“I had already purchased earrings in store when I visited York last year and saw the ring then. I had intended to go back on the following day but circumstances made that impossible. I was so impressed with the service I received in the store that I decided to order the ring . Thank you for the good & prompt service I received & if I am back in York I would most certainly revisit the store.”
