“The silver Pendant was very pretty, my daughter loved it. Arrived promptly. However, I found the instructions for using the Gift -wrap service unclear so decided not to use it on this occasion.”

“Received knecklace. Lovely quality and nice lengh but heart was missing. Actully looks nice with out it and prefer it on its own. I think the heart was the ecpensive bit so would not order again would only buy from the shop.”

Hi Emma, we have been trying to get in touch with you about your purchase which you ordered in-store after you tried on the heart pendant. From our understanding, you loved the heart pendant but just needed to order it on a longer chain. You say that you did not receive your complete order, but you didn't get in touch to tell us this until 3 weeks after receiving and wearing your purchase. If we had known straight away (as you received your order the next day after purchasing) then it would be easier to work out what has happened. We have not had any response from you after our requests to speak to you about your order - please could you reply to our email so that we can discuss what has happened and sort out this issue. Many thanks.

“Assistant was helpful and offered to order ring in my size. Unfortunately she ordered 52 instead of 62. So I had to return. Was very disappointed to then be told the largest size you do is 60. Lovely ring but you should offer larger sizes. I’m sure my fingers are not abnormally large.”
