“Preordered iphone 64gb around August 10. By August 25, the phone wasnt even available but the sales rep kept on saying it was at the baseline branch and got our phone number more than 5x to update. The Sales Rep never called. Whenever i call to ask for an update, the rep would say "i was about to call you". Not once was i updated on the status of the phone even after i asked for an update whether the phone was available or not so i dont have to drop by the store every 3 to 5 days. Last straw was the sales rep instructed for me to drop by Sat or Sun. When o got there,it was her usual off. I offered to pickup the phone at the other branch, same day i was told there was something that happened and it wasnt at the other branch in baseline Terrible service from AZ sales rep at Lincoln Fields.”
