“Overall the shop is fine I got everything I wanted but when I got to the till I was absolutely go smacked as was the customer behind me , the nan on the till couldn’t have been more disinterested or rude if he’d tried , he didn’t actually speak one word to me , the item I bought was price wrong so he rang for somebody to come but his attitude was disgraceful , it’s a shame as mostly your staff are friendly , he certainly made an impact with his sheer bored attitude”
“Big place great lunch cation next to industrial estate and Smyths toys, The Range, Wickes and everything you need. B&M store is very big, lovely garden furniture assembled and we could see the patio set and parasol set up, we bought solar lights too, store has everything. Nice staff and be aware it does get busy”
