“Sales process good, aftercare not at all good. Also, the contact name is incorrect even though this was changed as part of the renewell process.”

After looking in to the account I can see that this has been changed with the network and B2B Corporate. As explained on the sales call with Ashley the name change can take a short while after the upgrade has been processed and third party granted.
