“Bought a pair of flip-flops as a present. 1st pair had to go back as there was a fault with the colouring. 2nd pair arrived promptly. Haven't taken them out the wrapping but they look good”

“We have had lots of pairs of Backdoor Shoes over the years. In this order I bought two pairs - the ladies' clogs do not have such a robust sole as the men's, so I bought men's for myself as well as for my husband - all good!”

“I love my backdoor shoes, as do a lot of people as a lot of the sizes are sold out. I ended up buying a style and size not quite right as the ones I really wanted, along with most others were sold out. Lovely designs, easy to get on and off, super handy. They need replacing every year to two years as the insoles wear thin and soles become slippery.”

“Great shoes, deserving of five stars, BUT, using DPD for delivery is a terrible decision. I don’t mind wasting for delivery, but I very much mind DPD asking me to stay in for three days running and ten not turning up the first two times.”

“My third pair plus some for presents. Sizes are a bit random but otherwise just as I expected. New ones are a bit tighter than old, not unexpected. To be fair, they do advise caution by going up a size if in doubt. I did this for one of the presents but it was too big and needs changing. Two questions down should read 'quickly', not 'quick'.”

“I’ve long seen these back door shoes for sale at various RHS events and have held off from purchasing until now. I definitely should have purchased earlier, they are excellent for trips to recycling bin and light gardening. As advertised I purchased a size larger than usual. This allows the easy slip on and off as intended. Why a four they do squeak a little with bare feet, or if they get wet. Still an excellent purchase tho!”

“I ordered a pair of backdoor shoes with cats on. I’ve had 2 different pairs in the past and found size 4 fitted me. However, this pair of size 4 were very much bigger and I had to return them and ask for an exchange to size 3. I had to pay postage to return them which I guess is normal. Just annoying the sizes have changed without being warned. Otherwise I love them and they are so useful to slip on when going outdoors and also to garden in when wellies aren’t needed.”
