“I had a little issue with the colour , i called customer service , Seth sorted it for me and immediately dispatched an alternative pair that arrived in time for my holiday. I am very impressed with the service given by Seth and LOVE my Fabulous Orange Meadow rescue shoes I will definitely be buying another pair soon Thank you BackDoor”

“I had ordered some new backdoor shoes, but unfortunately ended up in hospital and they were sent back. When I got home, I phoned the company who put another pair in the post to me straight away. Very good customer service. The only reason I had to buy a new pair was because the foxes ate the last ones! I have been using backdoorshoes for many years and love them. So practical and pretty.”

“My back door shoes were a gift from friends s number of years ago, I love them. I recently bought new liners for them as our puppy chewed them. I rang and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They arrived very quickly. Thank you. I always recommend outdoor shoes, lots of lovely designs to choose from and so comfortable. 😊”
