“I bought these dog clogs for my daughter’s birthday in July so they have not been worn or seen by her yet. I’m sure she will love them and fingers x’d I don’t have to exchange for a different size. So far great service and product.”

“I’ve owned 2 pairs of clogs for several years and I love them. I use them in the garden but one pair is looking a bit tatty, hence why I decided to replace one. I was looking forward to receiving a pair of the dog clogs but was so disappointed when I realised you have changed the sizing and they are too big. I am a standard size 4 but they are just too ‘roomy’ around the upper part of my foot. So sadly, I think they will have to be returned.”

“Love my poppy festooned cloggs for use in my garden. So handy if I leave them at the backdoor when it rains no worries they will soon dry. Initial pair arrived were too big, but got a quick response from the team and soon exchanged them for the correct size. One very happy customer!”

“Backdoor Shoes are just that, shoes you keep by the backdoor to slip on easily when you need to. Lightweight but tough and waterproof they are perfect garden shoes. My own have lasted for years swing me through mud, digging, and all manner of other garden tasks. They have accompanied me to garden centres, nipping round to the neighbours or over to our local shops. I would not be without a pair sitting quietly by the back door.”

“Everything was OK until I found that the shoes weren't suitable for me. There didn't seeme to be a straight forward returns policy, but when i rang the office threy explain what I had to do. Then it went forward smoothly and received a refund to my credit card.”

“They're ok but the sizing is completely out.. Had to send the first lot back (having already gone one size up as recommended) and ended up needing 2.5 sizes up. Don't know why they can't just use the correct sizes, it's not even about being able to slip them on and off easily as they explain it, my husband couldn't even get his feet in the first pair with thin socks on, and the larger pair are only just big enough. Also don't much appreciate the sexism with the men's shoes available with tough thicker soles and women's only available in regular - you think me and my delicate little lady feet don't know how to dig??”
