Within weeks multiple splits started to appear and the response from the company is to pass the book suggesting we have dropped things in these areas (all of them!) and blaming our installer. We thought we were investing in a sustainable product instead we feel that we have wasted nearly £2000 on a product that we are going to have to replace.”
