“I purchased a Bambrella Parasol and granite base from this company from ShadeSpecialists. The pulley mechanism on the Parasol broke the first time I used it, there were marks on the fabric and the base was scuffed and is not level - which means that the Parasol pole is always at an angle. I have raised all of these problems with them but they have hitherto ignored me. Needless to say they were very responsive prior to the sale! I will update here if necessary but would suggest prospective purchasers AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will now have to seek a refund via my credit card company.”
“After ordering from internet Gardner, had to wait ages for a response from Bambrella, then they said it was on a 9-5 delivery, and it never arrived. I have to organise with TNT again, so still waiting for product bought a while ago.....very frustrating for an expensive product.”
