I bought 9 items only 8 were shipped. When I asked for refund for the missing item. They refused. They ripped me off.

Purchased mens dress shirts on Banana Republic web site NOT Banana Republic “Factory” website. Shirts were advertised as “on sale” and could be returned at Banana Republic store. Shirts did not fit and i went to Banana Republic store to return them. The store would not accept the shirts for return because they were “factory” shirts as indicated by “3 small dots” that were present under the word Banana Republic on sewn in label in the shirt collar. Banana Republic sent me “factory quality” shirts even though I ordered from the non-factory web site. At no time during my ordering process was I informed that these were factory quality shirts. The sale was on their regular web site so one would assume they were their regular high quality shirts on sale. The sales Clerk at the store was rude and not helpful. She just kept insisting I purchased these from the factory. I even showed her online where I purchased them from in my order history and it was not the Banana Republic Factory but she said she couldn’t help me. And that they were definitely purchased from the factory. In order to return them to a Factory Store I would have to drive 200 miles to the nearest Banana Republic Factory store. I asked the sales associate to contact customer service for me but she refused. When I returned home I contacted customer service myself. Because I had already requested and printed my request for “in store return” I was unable to get a UPS return label without assistance. Shame on you Banana Republic for sending factory quality products instead the real thing. I will no longer purchases from Banana Republic. Consumer beware. Had I not went to return the shirts I wouldn’t have known that they sent me factory quality product instead of the real thing. Beware… If 3 small dots are present on the tag sewn into the clothing under the “Banana Republic “ logo… the clothing is a factory quality product.

False advertising on website. States 10 business days after return received to process credit. Now when I call, it's 15 days. Have read numerous reviews of people who never received their return money. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again. I would suggest others make sure they won't need to possibly return item before buying from this company.

They advertise online and I checked and the item was available to be pick ed up at the store. I submitted my order and received a confirmation! Later I received another email that the item isn’t available for pick upand I have to choose the home delivery option which obviously cost me more! Be up to date and don’t advertise something you can not provide!!!

My review particularly is not about store experience but online shopping. I ordered 2 matching items. 1 Terry jogger sweater that was delivered by fed x. Because I wasn't home (work), they brought it to a small store that sell tourists trinkets in a crowed busy area of Gastown where it is impossible to park after work hours making your experience inconvenient. When I returned home I opened it to see a stain on it. 🙄 I called BR service representative who apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a sticker through email to return free of charge and said they would send me a new one. I dropped it off at a store location because my printer wasn't working. On that note, I had ordered the matching jogger that was returned, fed x returned it because my unit number was missing so the same representative said she will return my order free of charge and asked me which carrier I much prefer fed x or Canada post. I said Canada post. She said they will send it back free of charge. 1 month later, I still haven't received anything. I call up customer service who said they returned my money but if I want to re order they would be happy to help me? Wait... what??? My online shopping experience with Banana Republic was frustrating and unethical and also a complete waste of my time. Because of this experience I will avoid Banana Republic moving forward. Horrible online costumer service 😒

I love Banana Republic. I can wear their clothes either at work or out at about. They are both stylish and practical, modern and classic. I am 40 and most high street shop target young girls only, but I can always find something that makes me feel pretty and modern at BN. Most importantly, I can easily find my size!

So get this. I tried to buy a Banana Republic shirt online with the gift card that my daughter kindly gave me only to be told that I can't redeem cards online- I must go to the store. I take time out to go to the store who tell me that the shirt is an online offer only for which I cannot use the card. I thus have no way to buy the shirt I want with a gift card I now have to buy the shirt AND have it delivered in order that I can go back to the store with the goods to prove I'm not lying and they will refund my purchase using the card. Hence it has taken me 2 online visits, 2 store visits and an upfront payment to buy a shirt.!!!! Pathetic What century are these people in - BR is a pale shadow of what it used to be in terms of range, quality and customer service and I for one will avoid them like the plague from now on — at ?Banana Republic (Canary Wharf) Clive Sent from my iPad
