I bought a chair from Banggod on May 2021. The chair never gave any problems until it suddenly broke in September 2022.
Since then I have contacted them more than 10 times only to be told they would reach out to me by email. It never happened, I checked everywhere in my email.
I cannot recommend you buy from them since they are deliberately trying to wear me down and make me give up my rights. I will go and press charges against them at an EU and national level for not following the law.”
