I have been a loyal customer for 29 years and although the pandemic has caused issues for everyone in every industry, I have found that the Bank of America now has the most useless customer service department I have ever encountered. I'm in the process of disputing a charge and have spend 10 plus hours on the phone, waiting on hold for 1 hour at a time only to be transferred to someone else. I have now provided multiple letters and documentation including photo's that I have been requested to provide by the B of A only to have it requested again. It's now 5 times today. The departments are not trained well and are very quick to hang up on you when you ask to speak with their supervisor. They also like to repeatedly tell the customer to remember to keep the call "professional and remind you that your on a recorded line". They are clueless that they are causing more frustration without providing any valuable information to the client. They can't even answer a simple question as to why the Claims Resolution department keeps loosing documents. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything!

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 5th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. wells fargo customer service in all their departments is unacceptable.representatives on the phone give you the wrong information and then you are stuck paying the price for doing what they tell you to do.try to speak to someone in management and they will not let you, they tell you issue will be resolved in 2 weeks and it is in indeed terrible service .All they want is your money. They do not care about human beings. Thanks to the service of resuc.org over 700,000$ of my investment was recouped by this amazing attorney without a charge back payment.

Do not bank with BofA. Their check hold policies and practices are unreasonably long. They do not honor the hold stated on your receipt. Your deposit can be flagged by their system as high risk and then additional holds are placed. They do not tell you that though until after the fact. Even if you call and complain, they will just tell you there is nothing they can do. Checks clear in 3 to 5 business days, so a hold of 10 days is extensive. Most other banks will release at least $100 to $200 right away, and then the remainder in the next few days. Not Bank of America though.. stay away if you want your money in a timely manner! If this has happened to you, I would encourage you to join me in filing complaints with the Office of the Comptroller for the Currency, the BBB, the Attorney General's Office/Consumer Complaints, the CFPB, and to BofA's Feedback email address, which can be found by googling complaints to BofA.

Worst bank ever. I have been with them since 2004. with a balance of over $150,000 and at times close to $200,000. So, they have been making money using my money by giving high APR rate loans to people. And yet they offered me a terrible rate when I bought my house, I had to go with a different bank that I didn't have an account with. Lately I fell victim to a fraud committed by professional thieves making it very difficult for me to prove it was fraud. $3000 was stolen from my account into another BOA account. BOA wasted my time for months putting this through fraud investigation review. They refused to investigate the receiving BOA account, or provide me with their info. The first time they denied the claim, I appealed, they asked for a police fraud claim report, I provided that as well. They still denied it for the second time, they only care about their profits and no regards to you and your financial assets that is why they throw BS at you. I am opting out and moving to a different bank. Stay away from BOA.

Well, I am a customer of this amazing bank since they change the name of the bank ,like around 15 years ago, and what I noticed now is that there is not personal working y all the offices, we have to wait 20 or more minutes to do any transactions inside the bank, and to me this is an acceptable , because we paid monthly maintenance what usually you don't pay in other bank, the personal is very nice, respectful and understanding, the management have to work hiring more cashiers and like that we don't have to wait, lose time and paciente in line..thanks and sorry to be so clear
