“There was a 1-centimeter dent. The razor body and handle are not properly glued together, and the overall item lacks quality.”

“Hi I’ve had four of these in total from you. Two just recently in January. and now the first ones both batteries have failed. Can you fix these? They lasted about a year with just myself using them. I think with these battery tools you can either be lucky or not. Some feel powerful when charged others feel underpowered. I thought if nothing else you’d like to hear a report about your products.”

“The T- blade trimmer looks and feels well made and does its job. The trimmer came promptly and I was kept informed of its progress, I'm happy so far, time will tell how reliable the trimmers will be.”
