“You’ve never got any replacement foils for the titanium electric foil. Always sold out. So now I’ve got to find a another foil shaver from a different company that’s going to have replacements when I need them.”

“I bought scissors of you before and they were good. This time I bought your scissors the same ones and they are pulling the clients hair, very bad quality. I also bought thinning scissors and they are bad as well I have tried oiling them but no difference. I wasted my 60£ honestly!”

“Please be aware for my review , I do not advise anyone to purchase anything from this company, I have bought beard trimmer , was not sharp at all , and I tried to get refund they refused claiming that I used it and I did not use it at all , I just try it to check if sharp or not , this company deceiver and doggy once u buy their item and it is not good quality, they will never refund you , Please”

“Disappointed! Purchased hair clippers that were misaligned! They kindly sent a replacement which has the same issue and now ignoring my emails. Poor quality items and no support. I feel like I’ve been scammed! 2 clippers which are unusable and they took my money. Disgusting”
